摘 要:城市发展从增量扩张转为存量更新,需要研究城市道路专项规划面临“控红线、定断面”的新要求。首先,分析当前相关标准对红线控制的要求,结合规划必要性和存量更新可行性,提出“分类逐级优化”方法调整道路红线;其次,针对“三区三线”刚性管控和“三大类、四中类、八小类”的道路功能体系规划要求,构建“分区分级”的道路断面矩阵,完善断面空间分配体系;最后,以南通市为例,应用上述道路红线控制和断面空间分配方法,阐述红线过宽、过窄以及农用地空间等典型情形的布局要点。The city is facing with the transition from spatial expansion to stock renewal in China,need to study the urban road network planning facing the new requirements of determine boundary line and cross-sectional form of roads.Based on the requirements of the current relevant standards for road boundary lines,combined with the necessity of planning and the feasibility of construction,a method is proposed to optimize the already planned boundary line of urban roads.Based on the requirement of managing the territory space through"three zones and three lines",and the requirement of dividing the urban roads into"three major categories,four medium categories,eight minor categories"according to the functions,a cross-section matrix is constructed which includes the road category and the area where the road is located,and the principles of cross-sectional design for different types of roads are summarized.Taking Nantong City as an example,this article describes how to apply the above methods to determine or optimize the boundary line and cross-sectional design of urban roads in typical cases such as the width of the already planned boundary line is too large,too small or the road crosses the agricultural zones.
