摘　　要：以广东省近三年12座新建污水处理厂建设项目的审定概算为研究样本,通过对工程费用、工程建设其他费用以及建设期贷款利息等造价指标进行细化整理,结合项目造价控制经验,进行污水处理厂建设项目估算要点分析,并提出工程费用准确估算、经验数据总结分析、多专业沟通配合是保证污水处理厂项目投资估算准确的基石,为后续污水处理厂项目投资估算的编制工作提供参考。Taking the approved budget of 12 newly-built sewage treatment plants in Guangdong Province in the past three years as research samples,this study analyzes the key and difficult points in the estimation of sewage treatment plant construction projects by refining and organizing the cost indicators of engineering costs,other construction costs,and interest on loans during the construction period.Combining with project cost control experience,this study also provides a summary and analysis of empirical data,accurate estimation of engineering costs,and multi-disciplinary communication and coordination are the cornerstones to ensure the accuracy of investment estimation for sewage treatment plant projects.This study aims to provide useful references and guidance for the preparation of investment estimation for subsequent sewage treatment plant projects.
