摘　　要：从城市轨道交通发展的客观需求、政策要求来看,项目投资控制必须作为项目建设中的重点关注内容。本文从投资控制实践出发,对项目投资控制的目标、管理策略、措施进行了阐述,探索适应城市轨道交通项目的投资控制实施路径。From the perspective of objectives needs and policy requirements of urban rail transit development,project investment control must be the focus of project construction.From the perspective of investment control practice,this paper expounds the objectives,management strategies and measures of project investment control,and explores the implementation path of investment control suitable for urban rail transit projects.
