摘　　要：从业主视角出发,以F水电站工程项目索赔管理为研究对象,对该项目实施进程中两个工期延误索赔案例的处理过程和结果进行介绍,结合现有研究对比分析F水电站业主面对两索赔事件时实施索赔管理的思路与模式,总结工程项目在索赔应对过程中应遵循的管理原则,并提出工期延误索赔管理的启示,以期为业主方工期延误索赔管理提供参考。Starting from the owner's point of view,taking the claim management of the F hydropower plant project as the research object,introducing the handling process and results of the two construction delay claim cases in the project implementation process,combining with the existing research to comparatively analyse the ideas and modes of claim management implemented by the owner of the F hydropower plant in the face of the two claim events,to summarise the management principles that should be followed by the engineering project in the process of responding to the claims,and to put forward the revelation of the construction delay claim management in order to provide the reference for the owner's side of the construction delay claim management.
