摘　　要：介绍了拖拉机挂车气制动系统的通用要求,阐述了储气筒、空气压缩机和卸荷阀的设计要点。分别从储气筒、刹车阀、卸荷阀、空气压缩机出气管和气制动管路等方面介绍挂车气制动系统的布置原则。介绍了管路直径、材料选取规范,对管路固定和连接、软管布置、零部件通用化进行说明。Introduce the general requirements for the tractor trailer air brake system,expound the design points of the air storage cylinder,air compressor and unloading valve.Introduce the layout principles of the air brake system,including the air storage cylinder,brake valve,unloading valve,air compressor outlet pipe and air braking pipeline.Introduce the pipeline diameter and material selection specifications;explain pipeline fixation and connection,hose arrangement and component generalization.
