和美乡村视角下乡村风貌管控策略与实践——以安徽省金寨县为例

摘　　要：建设宜居宜业和美乡村是全面推进乡村振兴的重要任务,且对乡村风貌管控提出了新要求。本文基于和美乡村视角,探讨乡村风貌管控面临的挑战,并提出应对策略。以安徽省六安市金寨县为例,基于乡村风貌管控现状,提出“政策法规规范、多重机制管理、技术措施支撑、人才培养保障”的方案策略,以期推动乡村风貌提升与可持续发展,并为相关课题研究提供参考借鉴。The construction of harmonious and beautiful countryside is a major task to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,which puts forward new requirements for the rural landscape control.Based on the perspective of harmonious and beautiful countryside,this paper discusses the challenges faced by rural landscape management and control,and puts forward coping strategies.Taking Jinzhai County in Anhui Province as an example,based on the current situation of rural landscape management and control,this paper puts forward the scheme strategies of policies and regulations,multiple mechanism management,technical measures support,and talent training guarantee,in order to promote the improvement and sustainable development of rural landscape,and to provide reference for related research.
