宜居宜业视角下宁夏小城镇发展评价与对策研究

摘　　要：小城镇是城乡发展的重要连接点,是我国推进新型城镇化和乡村振兴战略的重要载体,从宜居宜业视角探究宁夏小城镇发展评价及对策具有重要意义。文章以宁夏典型小城镇为例,基于居、业系统的指标体系、现状调研与协调耦合度评价,确定宁夏小城镇主要包括宜居宜业型与宜业偏向型,同时具有潜在的宜居偏向型小城镇。对宁夏小城镇进行问题诊断并设计针对性发展对策,有助于科学指导宁夏小城镇的未来发展,加快城乡融合进程。Small towns are important connection points of urban and rural development,and the important carrier of new urbanization and rural revitalization in China.It is of great significance to evaluate and promote countermeasures for small towns in Ningxia from livable and workable perspectives.Taking the typical small towns in Ningxia as study areas,based on the index system of residential environment,industry,and employment aspects,collecting data from field survey and secondary-hand data,using coordination coupling degree to evaluate and recognize the patterns for small towns in Ningxia.The results show that small towns in Ningxia can be classified as two typical patterns,namely livable-workable pattern and workable-oriented pattern,as well as livable-oriented pattern possibly existing.At last,problem diagnosis and countermeasures design for small towns in Ningxia is done to guide the future development of small towns in Ningxia scientifically,and can help speed up the process of urban-rural integration.
