列宁“政治遗嘱”关于社会主义文明的理论蕴涵及现实意义

摘　　要：列宁“政治遗嘱”蕴含着对社会主义文明的思考。列宁提出无产阶级政党中央权威对社会主义文明建设的政治保障作用,通过发展与改革的双重逻辑叙事,深刻阐述了上层建筑改革在形塑先进社会主义政治文明中的重大意义。列宁认为,社会主义应创设比资本主义文明更先进的新文明形态,这需要提升生产力,大力发展教育,同时积极借鉴吸收资本主义优秀资源。列宁论述了制度创设在社会主义文明建设中的保障作用,并从法治制度、专家人才制度、现代国家机关工作人员制度、科学领导干部制度等方面对社会主义新文明予以深入分析。总结列宁“政治遗嘱”关于社会主义文明的论述,对于深入理解中国共产党开创的人类文明新形态具有重要的理论与现实意义。Lenin s“political will”contains the thinking of socialist civilization.Lenin put forward the political guarantee role of the central authority of the proletarian party on the construction of socialist civilization and deeply elaborated the great significance of the superstructure reform in the formation of advanced socialist political civilization through the dual logical narrative of development and reform.Lenin believed that socialism should create a new form of civilization more advanced than the capitalist civilization,which requires improving the productive forces,vigorously developing education,and actively learning from and absorbing the excellent resources of capitalism.Lenin discussed the guarantee role of system creation in the construction of socialist civilization,and gave in-depth analysis of the new socialist civilization from the aspects of the rule of law system,the expert talent system,the staff system of modern state organs and the system of scientific leading cadres.Summing Lenin s“political will”has important theoretical and practical significance for the deep understanding of the new form of human civilization created by the Communist Party of China.
