摘  要:本文取样分析了尿素合成塔内衬板应力腐蚀减薄原因,根据《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》和《承压设备损伤模式》及《焊接工艺评定》要求及尿素合成塔深层焊接制造及使用状况等分析解决尿素合成塔内衬板减薄原因,特别是在高的碱浓缩和局部应力集中的状况下萌生裂纹并随着温度和压力波动下不断加剧。通过有限元分析理论查找腐蚀漏点,避免了尿素合成塔发生爆炸事故,保证了设备在制造过程中的整体质量和安全性能,提出必要的防护措施,着重从焊接过程和尿素塔合成工艺的应力腐蚀裂纹特点进行简要分析。In this paper,the causes of stress corrosion thinning of the lining plate of urea synthesis tower are analyzed,and the causes of thinning of the lining plate of urea synthesis tower are analyzed and solved according to the requirements of Safety Technology Supervision Specification for fixed pressure vessels,damage mode of pressure equipment and welding procedure qualification,as well as the deep welding manufacturing and service status of urea synthesis tower,Especially under the condition of high alkali concentration and local stress concentration,cracks initiate and intensify with the fluctuation of temperature and pressure;The corrosion leakage point is found through the finite element analysis theory,the explosion accident of urea synthesis tower is avoided,the overall quality and safety performance of the equipment in the manufacturing process are guaranteed,the necessary protective measures are put forward,and the stress corrosion crack characteristics of welding process and urea synthesis process are briefly analyzed.
