摘 要:对选矿过程的工艺参数进行在线检测,是实现生产过程控制和管理自动化的基础。矿浆浓度是选矿流程中重要的判断依据和参考指标,在选矿流程的磨矿、浮选、脱水等作业中,及时准确测量矿浆浓度对磨矿和浮选等一系列作业有着至关重要的意义。传统的测量方法,效率低下,不能实时监测浓度数据,无法适应自动化、智能化生产。为了建设智慧矿山,矿浆浓度的检测也就显得非常重要。Online detection of process parameters in the beneficiation process is the foundation for achieving automation of production process control and management.Pulp concentration is an important judgment basis and reference indicator in the beneficiation process.In the grinding,flotation,dehydration and other operations of the beneficiation process,timely and accurate measurement of pulp concentration is of crucial significance for a series of operations such as grinding and f lotation.Traditional measurement methods are inefficient and cannot monitor concentration data in real-time,making them unsuitable for automated and intelligent production.In order to build smart mines,the detection of slurry concentration is also very important.
