摘 要:采用专用级和纺织级聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝制得预氧丝,分析了不同来源PAN原丝的黏均相对分子质量及组成成分,探究了纺织级PAN原丝在预氧化过程中的放热及热解过程,并与专用级PAN原丝进行了对比。结果表明:相较于专用级PAN原丝,纺织级PAN原丝黏均相对分子质量较小,为(5~8)×10^(4),断裂强度略低,第二单体以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)为主;以VAc为第二单体的纺织级PAN原丝的环化反应过程更加温和,且随着第二单体加入比例增大,所得预氧丝的环化程度下降;第二单体VAc摩尔分数为2.4%的纺织级PAN原丝制得的预氧丝的环化指数达到0.64,断裂强度为(2.67±0.22)cN/dtex,该PAN原丝无需进行交联等预处理即可制得低成本预氧丝。Pre-oxidized fibers were prepared using special grade and textile grade polyacrylonitrile(PAN)fibers.The viscosity-average relative molecular mass and composition of different types of PAN precursors were analyzed.The exothermic and pyrolysis processes of textile grade PAN precursors were investigated during pre-oxidation process and compared with that of special grade PAN precursors.The results showed that compared with special grade PAN precursor,the textile grade PAN precursor possessed as low as the viscosity-average relative molecular mass(5-8)×10^(4),and slightly lower breaking strength and the second monomer was mainly vinyl acetate(VAc);the cyclization process of textile grade PAN precursor was milder with VAc as the second monomer,and the cyclization degree of the pre-oxidized fiber fiber decreased with the addition of the second monomer;the pre-oxidized fiber made from textile grade PAN precursor had a cyclization index of 0.64 and a breaking strength of(2.67±0.22)cN/dtex when VAc was used as the second monomer at a molar fraction of 2.4%,and the PAN precursor can be produced into pre-oxidized fibers at low cost without crosslinking or other pre-treatments.
