摘 要:以三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)为阻燃剂,采用熔融共混的方法制备MCA阻燃尼龙66(PA 66)复合材料,研究了MCA添加量对复合材料热性能、阻燃性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:MCA在温度30~300℃具有较好的热稳定性;MCA的加入可以有效提升PA 66的阻燃性能,当加入MCA质量分数为10%时,阻燃PA 66复合材料的极限氧指数达到32.7%,垂直燃烧测试达到V-0级,但力学性能相较于纯PA 66会有所下降,拉伸强度由65.24 MPa降至37.26 MPa,弹性模量由432.17 MPa降至350.39 MPa,断裂伸长率由380.34%降至46.55%。Melamine cyanurate(MCA)flame retardant nylon 66(PA 66)composite material was prepared by melt blending using MCA as flame retardant.The effect of MCA addition on the thermal stability,flame retardance and mechanical properties of the composite material was studied.The results showed that MCA had good thermal stability at temperatures of 30-300℃;the addition of MCA can effectively improve the flame retardance of PA 66,the limit oxygen index of the flame-retardant PA 66 composite material reached 32.7%and the vertical combustion test reached V-0 level when the mass fraction of MCA was 10%;however,compared with those of pure PA 66,the mechanical properties of the flame-retardant PA 66 composite material decreased in some degree,the tensile strength decreased from 65.24 MPa to 37.26 MPa,the elastic modulus decreased from 432.17 MPa to 350.39 MPa,and the elongation at break decreased from 380.34%to 46.55%.
