摘  要:以180 dtex/144 f涤纶预取向丝(POY)为原料,通过加弹生产111 dtex/144 f涤纶拉伸变形丝(DTY),分析DTY生产中毛丝产生的原因,讨论主要工艺参数POY含油率、DTY加工速度、速比(D/Y)、第一热箱温度及拉伸倍数对DTY毛丝降等率的影响。结果表明:在111 dtex/144 f涤纶DTY生产中,POY原丝含油率、DTY加工速度、D/Y对DTY毛丝产生的影响不大,第一热箱温度和拉伸倍数是DTY毛丝产生的主要影响因素;通过对主要工艺参数进行优化后,在POY原丝含油率为0.35%,加工速度为720 m/min,D/Y为1.60,第一热箱温度为189℃,拉伸倍数为1.695时,生产的111 dtex/144 f涤纶DTY产品外观毛丝得到明显改善,毛丝降等率由原来的6.5%左右降低至0.5%左右,产品断裂强度由3.74 cN/dtex增加至3.92 cN/dtex,断裂强度变异系数大幅降低。Using 180 dtex/144 f polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)as raw material,111 dtex/144 f polyester drawn textured yarn(DTY)was produced by texturing process.The reasons for the formation of broken filament were analyzed during the production.And the effect of the main process parameters,including POY oil content,DTY processing speed,speed ratio(D/Y),the first hot box temperature and draw ratio on the broken filament downgrade rate of DTY were discussed.The results showed that the oil content of POY precursor,DTY processing speed and D/Y had little effect on the formation of broken filament during the production of 111 dtex/144 f polyester DTY;the first hot box temperature and draw ratio were the main influential factors on the formation of broken filament;and the appearance of 111 dtex/144 f polyester DTY was significantly improved,the broken filament downgrade rate decreased from about 6.5%to about 0.5%,and the breaking strength increased from 3.74 cN/dtex to 3.92 cN/dtex with a significant decrease in the coefficient of variation of breaking strength when the main process parameters were optimized as follows:the oil content of POY precursor of 0.35%,processing speed of 720 m/min,the D/Y of 1.60,the first hot box temperature of 189℃and the draw ratio of 1.695.
