摘  要:不规则形状几丁质细胞体积测量在食品、药物生产和品质控制方面有广泛而重要的用途。本文提出一种利用计算机视觉系统测量不规则形状几丁质细胞的体积无损方法。该计算机视觉系统由可旋转的托盘、600倍光学放大装置、高精度CCD图像传感器和光照系统组成。托盘由步进马达驱动旋转,图像传感器以6°或12°的间隔拍摄图像。经成像图像增强软件处理后进行切片,通过切片组合,重建物体的三维线框模型,再通过表面拟合和积分算法来“测量”体积。选取灵芝孢子作为样本,利用该计算机视觉系统进行体积测量,并验证了其准确率。The volume measurement of irregular chitin cells has a wide and important application in food,drug production and quality control.This paper presents a nondestructive method for measuring the volume of irregular shaped chitin cells using computer vision system.The computer vision system consists of a rotatable tray,a 600x optical amplifier,a high-precision CCD image sensor and a lighting system.The tray is driven by a stepping motor to rotate,the image sensor takes images at 6 or 12 degree intervals.The image enhancement software processes the images and slices them,through slice combination,the three-dimensional wireframe model of the object is reconstructed,the volume is"measured"through surface fitting and integration algorithms.Ganoderma lucidum spores were selected as samples,and the volume was measured using the computer vision system,and its accuracy was verified.
