生物医学工程专业毕业生就业情况的SWOT分析及对策研究

摘　　要：我国生物医学工程(biomedical engineering,BME)专业教育发展迅速,每年均有大量的BME毕业生涌入社会,就业形势不容乐观。本文以北京工业大学BME专业为例,依据该校2019—2023年五届毕业生的就业数据和毕业生访谈调研情况,对该专业毕业生的毕业去向情况进行整理,分析该校BME专业本硕博不同阶段毕业生的就业特点。SWOT分析法可以理性、清晰地分析就业形势,为高校制定就业策略提供有力支撑。本文运用SWOT分析法,剖析该专业毕业生就业过程中的优势(strengths)、劣势(weaknesses)、机会(opportunities)和威胁(threats),并在此基础上提出通过开展学业辅导、就业指导、实践教学改革、访企拓岗、校企联合、建立国际化人才培养模式等策略,为高校提升人才培养质量,提高就业率和就业质量提供新思路。Biomedical engineering(BME)professional education in China is developing fast,with a large number of BME graduates entering society every year,and the employment situation is not optimistic.This article takes the BME major at Beijing University of Technology as an example,and it is based on the employment data and interview research of its graduates who graduated from the university from 2019 to 2023,the graduation destinations of the graduates in this major are sorted out,and the employment characteristics of the BME major graduates at different stages of undergraduates,graduate students,and phD students are analyzed.The SWOT analysis method can rationally and clearly analyze the employment situation,and provide strong support for universities to formulate employment strategies.Using the SWOT analysis method,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges in the employment process of graduates in this major.Based on this,it proposes strategies such as conducting academic counseling,employment guidance,practical teaching reforms,visiting enterprises to expand positions,school enterprise cooperation,and establishing an international talent training model to provide new ideas for universities to improve the quality of talent training,increase employment rates,and employment quality.
