摘  要:通过查阅本草书籍及近现代文献资料,从名称、基原、产地、品质评价、采收加工、炮制方法和功效主治等方面对苦豆根进行考证。苦豆根为豆科槐属植物苦豆子Sophora alopecuroides Linn.的干燥根,主产于我国北方地区,以内蒙古、新疆为主;适宜生长在光照充足、排水良好的石灰性土壤中;夏、秋季采挖,以秋季采收、质松者为佳;采收后洗净切成薄片,晒干备用;临床主要用于治疗急性菌痢、肠炎等。研究结果可为苦豆根的临床应用和资源开发提供参考。By referring to materia medica books and modern literature,the author researched the name,origin,producing area,quality evaluation,harvesting and processing,processing methods,and treatment effects of Kudougen systemically.Kudougen is the dried root of Sophora alopecuroides Linn.,mainly produced in northern China,such as Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang.It is suitable to grow in calcareous soil with sufficient light and good drainage and can be harvested in summer or in autumn,with autumn harvesting and loose quality as the best.After harvesting,Kudougen is washed and cut into thin slices and dried for use.It is clinical mainly used for acute bacillary dysentery,enteritis,and so on.The results of the study can provide a reference for the clinical application and resource development of Kudougen.
