摘  要:为评价硬路肩高聚物注浆处治效果,从硬路肩注浆前后的承载力状况、硬路肩内部病害状况、芯样的力学性能等方面进行分析,提出复合式路面高聚物注浆处治效果的评价方法与标准。在此基础上,通过佛开高速公路南段硬路肩高聚物注浆实体工程进行验证。结果表明,复合式路面硬路肩高聚物注浆应采用FWD7t荷载检测,应以FWD弯沉值<180μm、裂缝两侧弯沉差<60μm、探地雷达图像无松散和脱空病害、芯样的抗压强度>4.0MPa、劈裂强度>0.6MPa等为评价标准。佛开高速公路南段硬路肩高聚物注浆处治效果良好。In order to evaluate the effect of polymer grouting treatment on hard shoulder,the bearing capacity of hard shoulder before and after grouting,the internal disease condition of hard shoulder and the mechanical properties of core samples have been analyzed,and the evaluation method and standard of polymer grouting treatment effect of composite pavement have been put forward.On this basis,it has been verified by the polymer grouting entity project of the hard shoulder of the southern section of Fokai Expressway.The results have shown that the FWD7 T load test should be used for the polymer grouting of the hard shoulder of the composite pavement.The FWD deflection value<180μm,the deflection difference on both sides of the crack<60μm,the ground penetrating radar image has no loose and void disease,the compressive strength of the core sample>4.00MPa,and the splitting strength>0.60MPa should be used as the evaluation criteria.The polymer grouting treatment effect of the hard shoulder of the southern section of Fokai Expressway is good.
