摘 要:为了优化细集料级配,采用变I法计算多种细集料级配。借助贝雷法检验级配的嵌挤效果。成型沥青混合料试件,分别进行单轴贯入试验和低温劈裂试验。试验结果表明:随着I值增大,砂浆级配变细,抗剪能力与低温抗拉能力均先增大、后减少。考虑在提高沥青砂浆抗剪能力的同时不至于过度削弱其低温抗裂性,建议适宜的I值为0.68,此时沥青砂浆的抗剪能力与抗裂能力均较优。In order to optimize the gradation of fine aggregate,the variable I method has been used to calculate various fine aggregate gradations.The embedding effect of the gradation has been tested using the Bailey method,and asphalt mixture specimens have been formed.Uni-axial penetration tests and low-temperature splitting tests have been conducted respectively.The experimental results have shown that as the I value increases,the mortar grading becomes finer,the shear resistance and low-temperature tensile strength first increase and then decrease.Considering improving the shear resistance of asphalt mortar while not excessively weakening its low-temperature crack resistance,it has been recommended to have an appropriate I value of 0.68,at which,the shear and crack resistance of asphalt mortar are relatively superior.
