摘  要:目的:比较2010和2020年中国脑血管病死亡对期望寿命的影响,确定因脑血管病死亡而产生重大影响的人群。方法:采用简略现时寿命表和国家疾病监测系统的2010和2020年死因监测数据集,分别计算脑血管病各年龄组死亡率、去死因期望寿命以及期望寿命的增量。结果:2020年我国居民期望寿命为79.56岁,与2010年相比,增加了2.82 a,且均表现为女性和城市居民高于男性和农村居民。2020年脑血管病死亡导致的期望寿命损失为3.32 a,与2010年(2.24 a)相比,增加了1.08 a,且均表现为女性和农村居民高于男性和城市居民。结论:脑血管病死亡对我国期望寿命的影响较大,尤其是男性和城市居民。Aim:To compare the impact of cerebrovascular disease deaths on life expectancy in China in 2010 and 2020 and to identify populations in whom cerebrovascular disease had significant impact on life expectancy.Methods:The abbreviated current life expectancy table and the 2010 and 2020 cause-of-death surveillance datasets of the national disease surveillance system were used to calculate the mortality rates of cerebrovascular disease in each age group,the cause eliminated life expectancy,and the incremental increase in life expectancy,respectively.Results:The life expectancy of Chinese population in 2020 was 79.56 years,an increase of 2.82 years compared with 2010.The life expectancy in females and urban residents were higher in 2010 and 2020.The loss of life expectancy due to death from cerebrovascular disease in 2020 was 3.32 years,an increase of 1.08 years compared with 2010(2.24 years).Both showed a higher rate for females and rural residents than for males and urban residents.Conclusion:Cerebrovascular disease deaths have a greater impact on life expectancy in China,especially for men and urban residents.
