深部沿空巷道侧向顶板围岩失稳因素研究

摘  要:深部沿空巷道顶板围岩破坏失稳的影响因素繁多,围岩体应力环境和破坏失稳机理十分复杂。为了研究深部沿空巷道侧向顶板围岩失稳因素,以孙村煤矿为背景,采用理论分析和数值模拟的方法得到了深部沿空巷道顶板失稳因素。研究结果表明:基于沿空巷道围岩结构体受力结构,揭示了侧向顶板围岩失稳主要与基本顶厚度、巷旁支护阻力、埋深以及顶板岩性有关;利用数值模拟得到了基本顶厚度在30~38 m时对顶板和煤帮的结构失稳影响最大,顶板岩性的改变与围岩最大应力集中成正相关,与围岩应力集中影响范围成负相关;埋深越大,顶板变形越大,破断风险越高;巷旁支护阻力的大小对顶板和煤帮失稳几乎没有影响。There are many influencing factors on the failure and instability of roof surrounding rock in deep roadway along goaf,and the stress environment and failure and instability mechanism of the surrounding rock body are very complex.In order to study the instability factors of lateral roof surrounding rock in deep roadway along goaf,taking Suncun Coal Mine as the background,the roof instability factors of deep roadway along goaf are obtained by methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The research results indicate that based on the stress structure of the surrounding rock structure body in roadway along goaf,it is revealed that the instability of the lateral roof surrounding rock is mainly related to the basic roof thickness,support resistance of the roadway side,burial depth,and roof lithology;using numerical simulation,it is found that the basic roof thickness has the greatest impact on the structural instability of the roof and coal side when it is between 30-38 m.The change in roof lithology is positively correlated with the maximum stress concentration of the surrounding rock,and negatively correlated with the influence range of the surrounding rock stress concentration;the greater the burial depth,the greater the deformation of the roof,and the higher the risk of fracture;the magnitude of roadway support resistance has almost no effect on the instability of the roof and coal side.
