摘 要:针对霄云煤矿2307泄水巷锚杆破断问题,利用现场调研报告与数值模拟软件,分析巷道围岩的应力分布与塑性区发育趋势,研究巷道锚杆在过构造段的损坏特征,从地质构造、应力转移、支护方案三个方面分析锚杆破断机理,得出破断锚杆的受力状态。根据现场巷道锚杆破坏形态与理论分析结果,对原有支护方案提出了增加巷道帮部锚索支护、使用T型钢带、配备让压环等加固措施。结果表明,锚杆破坏集中在过构造段,巷道应力集中区出现在巷道肩角处,水平应力大于垂直应力,巷道支护优化方案成功应用于工程实际,有利解决现场围岩控制难题。In view of the problem of anchor rod breakage in the 2307 drainage roadway of Xiaoyun Coal Mine,using on-site research reports and numerical simulation software,the stress distribution and plastic zone development trend of the roadway surrounding rock are analyzed.The damage characteristics of the roadway anchor rod when passing the structural section are studied.The mechanism of anchor rod breakage is analyzed from three aspects:geological structure,stress transfer,and support scheme,the stress state of the broken anchor rod is obtained.According to the failure form and theoretical analysis results of the on-site roadway anchor rods,reinforcement measures such as adding anchor cable support to the roadway side,using T-shaped steel strips,equipping pressure relief rings and so on are proposed for the original support scheme.The results show that the failure of anchor rods is concentrated in the passing structural section,and the stress concentration area of the roadway appears at the shoulder corner of the roadway.The horizontal stress is greater than the vertical stress.The optimization scheme for roadway support is successfully applied in engineering practice,which is beneficial for solving the difficult problem of on-site surrounding rock control.
