探究腰椎运动链分期训练联合快速康复干预 在腰椎间盘突出症后的应用

摘　　要：目的探究与分析腰椎运动链分期训练联合快速康复干预在腰椎间盘突出症后的应用。方法选择2020年3月—2022年5月聊城市中医医院收治的108例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采取随机数表法将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组采取常规康复干预,观察组在其基础上增加腰椎运动链分期训练,比较两组实施康复干预前后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、ODI指数、SF-36量表评分、多裂肌横截面积以及步态结果。结果两组康复干预后与康复干预前比较,VAS评分均降低、ODI指数均降低、SF-36量表评分均升高、多裂肌横截面积均升高、步态左右支撑比较值均升高,且观察组康复干预后与对照组康复干预后相比,VAS评分更低、ODI指数更低、SF-36量表评分更高、多裂肌横截面积更高、步态左右支撑比较值更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规康复干预基础上增加腰椎运动链分期训练应用到腰椎间盘突出症患者中,可有效地缓解疼痛,改善肢体功能障碍的情况,同时也有效地促进下肢功能的恢复,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore and analyze the application of staged lumbar motion chain training combined with rapid rehabilitation intervention in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A random number table method was used to divide 108 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted from March 2020 to May 2022 into groups,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention,while the observation group received additional lumbar motion chain staging training.The visual analogue scale(VAS),ODI index,SF-36 scale score,multifidus muscle cross-sectional area,and gait results of the two groups before and after rehabilitation intervention were compared.Results Compared with the two groups before and after rehabilitation intervention,the VAS score,ODI index,SF-36 scale score,multifidus cross-section area and gait support comparison value were lower.Compared with the control group after rehabilitation intervention,the observation group had lower VAS score,lower ODI index,higher SF-36 scale score,higher multifidus cross-section area and higher gait support comparison value,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine rehabilitation intervention,adding lumbar spine motion chain staging training to patients with lumbar disc herniation can effectively alleviate pain,improve limb dysfunction,and promote the recovery of lower limb function,improving their quality of life.
