摘　　要：脑卒中可导致严重的心理压力、功能减退、痛苦以及认知障碍等复杂问题。这些问题不仅对患者个人的生活质量造成严重影响,同时也对其照顾者带来严重困扰。正念干预(MBI)已被证实能够有效缓解各类患者的症状表现。然而,在脑卒中患者群体中,关于MBI的研究仍处于初级阶段。因此,本研究旨在探讨MBI应用于脑卒中患者及其照顾者后的效果及意义,为未来的研究提供建设性的建议。Stroke can lead to complex problems such as severe psychological pressure,functional decline,pain,and cognitive impairment.These problems not only have a profound impact on the quality of life of patients,but also cause serious troubles for their caregivers.Mindfulness-based intervention(MBI)has been proven to effectively alleviate the symptoms of various patients.However,research on MBI in stroke patients is still in its early stages.Therefore,this article delves into the effects and significance of MBI after its application in stroke patients and their caregivers,providing constructive suggestions for future research.
