摘 要:为了解决坚硬顶板难垮难落的问题,利用数值模拟软件对不同切顶高度及不同切顶角度下的切顶效果进行分析,通过对不同切顶高度及不同切顶角度下巷道应力及巷道顶板下沉量进行分析,确定出最佳的切顶高度为11 m,最佳切顶角度为10°。对最佳切顶角度及切顶高度下卸压效果进行分析,发现经过切顶后煤柱和巷道顶板的应力减小了很多,巷道处于低应力环境,利于巷道稳定性控制。In order to solve the problem of difficult collapse and falling of hard roof,this article uses numerical simulation software to analyze the cutting effect under different cutting heights and angles.By analyzing the stress and subsidence of the roadway roof under different cutting heights and angles,the optimal height is 11 m,and the optimal cutting angle is 10°.After analyzing the optimal cutting angle and cutting height,it was found that the stress on the coal pillar and roadway roof decreased significantly after cutting,and the roadway was in a low stress environment,which was conducive to controlling the stability of the roadway.
