摘 要:高炉炉缸侧壁温度升高会严重威胁高炉寿命,为了有效控制高炉炉缸侧壁温度,延长高炉寿命。以目前我国大型高炉炉缸侧壁温度统计数据为切入点,在炉缸结构及材料要求的基础上,从传热学角度分析了炉缸侧壁温度的影响因素,提出了相应的控制技术。结果表明,控制冶炼强度、稳定铁口深度、提高死料柱孔隙率、炉缸压浆、加钛护炉、加强冷却制度管理等技术措施,可有效控制炉缸侧壁温度。The increase in temperature on the side walls of the blast furnace hearth will seriously threaten the service life of the blast furnace.In order to effectively control the temperature on the side walls of the blast furnace hearth and extend the service life of the blast furnace,starting from the current statistical data of the temperature of the side walls of large blast furnaces in China,based on the requirements of the furnace structure and materials,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the temperature of the side walls of the furnace from the perspective of heat transfer and proposes corresponding control technologies.The results indicate that technical measures such as controlling smelting intensity,stabilizing iron mouth depth,increasing porosity of dead material columns,furnace hearth grouting,adding titanium to protect the furnace,and strengthening cooling system management can effectively control the temperature of furnace hearth sidewalls.
