摘  要:湿法锌冶炼过程中余热锅炉的安全至关重要。宝徽集团主要针对余热锅炉的爆管现象和积灰问题,对余热锅炉安全进行了改造实践。改造后,余热锅炉进气口烟气的流速明显降低,有效降低了爆管风险,余热锅炉的安全性大大提升。清灰方式升级为弹簧振打、爆破共同作用后,清灰效果显著增加,管道积灰现象改善。The safety of waste heat boilers is crucial in the wet zinc smelting process.This article mainly focuses on the phenomenon of tube explosion and ash accumulation in waste heat boilers.Through theoretical exploration,the safety of waste heat boilers has been transformed and practiced.After the transformation,the flow rate of flue gas at the inlet of the waste heat boiler has been significantly reduced,which greatly reduces the risk of tube explosion.After up grading the dust removal method to a combination of spring vibration and blasting,the dust removal effect significantly increased and the phenomenon of dust accumulation in pipelines improved.The renovation practice has proven that this renovation has significantly improved the safety of the waste heat boiler.
