摘  要:柳钢2032热轧线生产宽板时,厚度<8 mm的偏薄规格容易出现波浪质量问题。通过对轧线冷却均匀性和轧制板形跑偏问题进行排查,并对轧制工艺进行优化管控,有效改善了轧制板形平直度和过程冷却均匀性,成品带钢浪形控制取得一定的成效。Aiming at the problem of wave quality in the production of wide plate with thickness<8 mm in Liugang 2032 hot rolling line,the rolling line cooling uniformity and rolling plate shape deviation were investigated and improved,and the rolling process was optimized and controlled to effectively improve the rolling plate shape flatness and process cooling uniformity,and the wave shape quality of the finished strip was better controlled.
