小电渣锭表面质量的控制措施探讨

摘　　要：15t电渣炉经改造后,电气控制系统的升级以及电渣用渣的改变对整个重熔操作产生深远影响,基于新条件,对电渣锭的表面质量进行深入研究和攻关。对15t电渣炉的技术特性及表面质量进行简单介绍,总结小电渣锭表面质量的控制措施,旨在提高电渣锭的表面质量。该研究对于企业生产及开展相关研究具有一定的参考价值。After the renovation of the 15 ton electric slag furnace,the upgrading of the electrical control system and the changes in the slag used for electric slag have had a profound impact on the entire remelting operation.Based on the new conditions,in-depth research and tackling of the surface quality of the electric slag ingot are carried out.Provide a brief introduction to the technical characteristics and surface quality of a 15 ton electric slag furnace,summarize the control measures for the surface quality of small electric slag ingots,and aim to improve the surface quality of electric slag ingots.This study has certain reference value for enterprise production and related research.
