摘  要:滚动轴承的故障诊断中,以轴承保持架缺陷诊断最为困难,一方面保持架缺陷发展迅速,特别是冲压钢类型保持架,另一方面保持架冲击特征微弱,难以有效捕捉。针对此问题,通过分析现场滚动轴承保持架缺陷案例,研究保持架产生缺陷的振动特征,提供了一种诊断滚动轴承保持架缺陷的有效方法,即在水平布置的轴系中,当轴承保持架缺陷发展到后期,可由保持架特征频率调制该轴转频。In the fault diagnosis of rolling bearings,the diagnosis of bearing cage defects is the most difficult.On the one hand,the development of cage defects is rapid,especially for stamped steel type cages.On the other hand,the impact characteristics of cages are weak and difficult to effectively capture.In response to this issue,by analyzing on-site cases of rolling bearing cage defects and studying the vibration characteristics of cage defects,an effective method for diagnosing rolling bearing cage defects is provided.That is,in a horizontally arranged shaft system,when the bearing cage defect develops into the later stage,the cage characteristic frequency will modulate the shaft rotation frequency.
