摘　　要：针对天津市传统制造业转型升级慢、发展疲软滞后的问题,从企业战略规划、数据中心建立、人才队伍建设三方面为天津市制造业如何利用数字经济实现转型升级提出对策。Tianjin has been facing the problems of slow transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry and weak and lagging development.This paper puts forward countermeasures on how to achieve transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Tianjin by using the digital economy from the aspects of enterprise strategic planning,establishment of data centre,and construction of talent team.The development of manufacturing industry;digital economy;and the development of the digital economy are the keywords.
