低碳经济理念下绿色金融在重污染工业中的应用研究

摘  要:当前,资源与环境问题已对全球经济可持续发展发展和人类福祉造成不容小觑的威胁,近年来,我国生态环境问题愈演愈烈,可持续发展的重要性不言而喻,绿色金融概念逐渐普及并被广泛接受,绿色金融是促进生态文明建设的重要助推力。通过分析现如今我国环境保护和经济发展的大背景,分析在低碳经济理念下绿色金融发展现状和在重污染工业方面的实际应用以及绿色金融促进重污染工业发展存在的问题,提出在低碳经济理念下发展绿色金融推动重污染工业发展的对策措施,以期绿色金融未来更好助力现代经济发展,成为支持生态文明建设的强有力工具。Currently,resources and environmental issues have caused a threat to the sustainable development of the global economy and human well-being,in recent years,China's ecological and environmental problems are getting more and more intense,the importance of sustainable development is self-evident,the concept of green finance is gradually popularised and widely accepted,and green finance is an important driving force to promote the construction of ecological civilization.By analysing the background of environmental protection and economic development in China nowadays,and introducing the current situation of green finance development under the concept of low-carbon economy and its practical application in the heavy pollution industry as well as the problems of green finance to promote the development of heavy pollution industry,we propose the countermeasures for the development of green finance to promote the development of heavy pollution industry under the concept of low-carbon economy in order to make green finance a better help for the development of the modern economy in the future and become a powerful tool to support the construction of ecological civilization.A powerful tool to support the construction of ecological civilisation,
