摘 要:以R冷链企业混流生产线为研究对象,以闲置时间与超载时间之和最小为目标建立排产优化模型。同时,考虑模型混流装配线投产的特性,采用遗传算法对模型求解。结果表明,混流生产线的投入产出比由75.5%提高至85.0%,日产量提高了11.26%,可以为冷链企业提高产能提供一定的参考。Production scheduling optimization is crucial to improving the production capacity of mixed-flow assembly lines.This paper takes the mixed-flow production line of R cold chain enterprise as the research object,and establishes a production scheduling optimization model with the goal of minimizing the sum of idle time and overload time.At the same time,considering the characteristics of the model mixed-flow assembly line being put into production,a genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.The results show that the input-output ratio of the mixed-flow production line increased from 75.5%to 85.0%,and the daily output increased by 11.26%,which can provide certain reference for cold chain enterprises to increase production capacity.
