摘 要:专利价值主要包括技术价值、法律价值、市场价值等。评判一件专利的价值通常有多方面考虑因素,从而需要建立较复杂的评价体系。专利的高被引频次作为可量化的指标,在专利价值的判断和评价中可作为重点指标利用。本文基于incoPat科技创新情报平台对专利引文大数据统计分析,得出专利交易比率与专利被引证频次的关系;并对高被引频次专利的申请时间、地域分布、IPC技术领域、申请人进行分析,通过案例探究了专利被引数据在法律诉讼、影响力测量、企业关系挖掘中的应用。Patent values mainly include technical value,legal value,market value,etc.The value of patent is often considered in many respects,thereby requiring establishment of more complex evaluation system.The high frequency of patent citation is referred to as quantifiable indicator,which can be exploited as key indicator in judgment and evaluation of patent value.Based on the big data statistical analysis of patent quotations by the incoPat platform,finds the relationship between the rate of patent transaction and the frequency of patent citation.The application time,regional distribution,IPC technical field and the applicants of high citation frequency patents were analyzed.Explore the application of patent citation data in patent litigation,patent measurement,enterprise relationship digging through cases.
