摘　　要：三亚半山半岛帆船港我叫戈德弗罗伊·兹维加特,但我的中文名字“高德华”更为大家所熟知。我是一个拥有复合型技能的法国人,曾经在8个不同的国家工作生活过。作为一名海事领域的专家,2010年我受邀来到中国三亚,指导三亚半山半岛帆船港的建设工作。这是一个重要的新兴项目,因为这座帆船港上要举办沃尔沃环球帆船赛,因此需要按照最高的国际标准建设。Serenity Marina in Sanya My name is Godefroy Zwygart,more commonly known as my Chinese name Gao Dehua.I am a multitalented Frenchman who has lived in 8 different countries and worked around the world.As an expert in the marine field,I was invited to come to Sanya in 2010 to oversee the construction of Serenity Marina a new and essential project for the city,as it was to host the Volvo Ocean Race,and therefore needed to be built to the highest international standards.
