平厢式压滤机在高粘性土地层泥浆干化中的应用分析

摘　　要：平厢式压滤机通过对滤室内泥浆进行正压强压脱水将泥浆压滤成泥饼,从而达到固液分离的目的。近年来,其在灌注桩泥浆处理中得到了广泛应用。由于高粘性土地层施工产生的泥浆土颗粒小、粘度大、易堵塞滤布而造成脱水困难,因此采用平厢式压滤机干化时易出现脱水不彻底、泥饼不成形等问题。文章以绍兴镜湖新区某工地钻孔灌注桩泥浆作为研究对象,通过对进料泵、滤布等参数进行调试,探索了平厢式压滤机在高粘性土地层泥浆干化中的应用。The flat chamber filter press filters the mud into mud cake through positive pressure and strong pressure dehydration of the mud in the filter chamber,so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.In recent years,it has been widely used in the mud treatment of cast-in-place piles.Due to the small particle size and high viscosity of mud and soil produced by the construction of high cohesive soil layer,it is easy to block the filter cloth,resulting in difficulties in dehydration.Therefore,problems such as incomplete dehydration and unshaped mud cake are prone to occur when using the flat box filter press for drying.Taking the slurry of bored piles in a construction site in Jinghu New District of Shaoxing as the research object,this paper explores the application of the flat box filter press in the drying of slurry in high viscous soil layer by debugging the parameters of feed pump and filter cloth.
