摘　　要：为解决城市市政道路施工管理存在的问题,保证工程项目有序开展,文章以城市市政道路施工管理方法为研究背景,在归纳市政道路施工管理问题现状与原因的基础上,提出完善前期施工准备、提高工程质量管理等多种管控方法。分析表明,在市政道路施工管理环节,按照工程项目的需求,做好施工环节各方面精细控制,对保证工程建设进度、质量以及安全有重要帮助,对推进市政道路工程项目开展有促进作用。In order to solve the problems existing in the construction management of urban municipal roads and ensure the orderly development of engineering projects,this paper takes the construction management methods of urban municipal roads as the research background,and on the basis of summarizing the current situation and causes of the problems in the construction management of municipal roads,puts forward various control methods,such as improving the preliminary construction preparation and improving the project quality management.The analysis shows that in the municipal road construction management link,according to the needs of the project,the fine control of all aspects of the construction link is important to ensure the progress,quality and safety of the project,and promote the development of the municipal road engineering project.
