摘　　要：数字化测绘技术应用于房地产规划正成为行业发展的重要趋势。这一技术革新为房地产规划带来了巨大的效益。文章探讨了数字化测绘技术在房地产规划中应用的背景和意义,重点分析了其在土地可视化、建筑设计和环境可持续性方面的作用价值,发现其有效改善了房地产规划的效率和可持续性,为房地产的可持续发展奠定了坚实的基础。The application of digital surveying and mapping technology in real estate planning is becoming an important trend in industry development.This technological innovation has brought tremendous benefits to real estate planning.The article explores the background and significance of the application of digital surveying and mapping technology in real estate planning,with a focus on analyzing its value in land visualization,architectural design,and environmental sustainability.It is found that it effectively improves the efficiency and sustainability of real estate planning,laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of real estate.
