摘　　要：根据“依山而建,山水交融”的要求,西安国家版本馆选址于秦岭圭峰北麓,力求与秦岭的自然与文化景观和谐共生。设计主导思想为“山水相融、天人合一、汉唐气象、中国精神”,旨在汲取汉唐时期建筑在融合建筑场地与人文精神方面的精髓。整体布局通过一条南北轴线将圭峰、西安国家版本馆和西安高新区连成一个整体,形成地形、空间感和时间记忆的完整性。建筑群采用传统山地建筑的智慧,划分为三大功能区,布置在6层台地上。主体建筑文济阁坐落在高台上,以圭峰为背景面向园林与城市,构成一幅壮阔图画。建筑设计运用新技术、新材料,结合传统营造智慧,营造具有中国精神内核和艺术表现力的和谐建筑。环境设计尊重自然,追求中国山水园林的素朴天然之趣和诗情画意之美。The Xi'an Branch of the National Archives of Publications and Culture is located at the northern foothills of the Qinling Mountains,aiming to harmoniously coexist with the natural and cultural landscape of the Qinling Mountains.Following the principle of "building in accordance with the mountains and integrating with the landscape",the guiding concept of the design is "integrating the mountains and waters,uniting man and nature,embodying the spirit of the Han and Tang Dynasties,and expressing the Chinese spirit",and it seeks to draw upon the essence of architecture of the Han and Tang periods in terms of integrating the building site with human spirit.The overall layout connects Guifeng Mountain,the National Archives building,and Xi'an High-tech Zone through a north-south axis,forming a cohesive totality of topography,spatial perception,and a sense of time and memory.Adopting the wisdom of traditional mountainous construction,the complex is divided into three functional areas and allocated across six terraces.The main structure,Wenji Pavilion,is set on a high platform facing the hillside garden and the city,with Guifeng Mountain as the backdrop,creating a magnificent view.The architectural design employs innovative technologies and materials,combined with traditional building wisdom,to create harmonious architecture that embodies the core of the Chinese spirit and artistic expression.The environmental design respects the natural environment and pursues the simple,natural charm and poetic elegance of Chinese landscape gardens.
