摘 要:目的分析研究后踝固定方案在治疗踝关节骨折中的临床意义。方法选取2016年7月至2023年7月本院骨科收治的踝关节骨折患者50例,随机分组。观察组25例,采用手术后踝固定方案;对照组25例,采用传统手法整复+石膏固定方案。分析比较两组患者的住院时间、骨折愈合时间、疗效优良率、踝关节活动度(踝关节跖屈、背伸活动度、内外翻活动度)以及术后并发症等。结果观察组住院时间及骨折愈合时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者疗效优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);和治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后手术侧踝关节跖屈、背伸活动度、内外翻活动度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者手术侧踝关节跖屈、背伸活动度、内外翻活动度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论后踝固定治疗III-IV型踝关节患者可促进踝关节早期愈合。Objective To analyze the clinical significance of posterior ankle fixation in the treatment of ankle joint fractures.Methods A total of 50 patients with ankle joint fractures treated at our hospital from July 2016 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group(25 cases)which underwent posterior ankle fixation after surgery,and a control group(25 cases)which received traditional reduction and immobilization with plaster.The hospitalization time,fracture healing time,excellent rate of efficacy,ankle joint range of motion(dorsiflexion,plantarflexion,inversion,and eversion),and postoperative complications were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ankle joint range of motion between the two groups after treatment compared to before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group showed significantly better ankle joint range of motion in dorsiflexion,plantarflexion,inversion,and eversion(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Posterior ankle fixation can promote early healing of type III-IV ankle joint fractures and improve ankle joint range of motion.
