摘　　要：探讨鲜益母草胶囊联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片对稽留流产清宫术后患者血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平及子宫内膜的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月天津市西青医院妇科稽留流产的90例女性为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,各45例。90例患者均在清宫术后进行治疗,术后配合抗感染处理,其中,对照组患者采用屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予鲜益母草胶囊治疗,比较2组临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度、月经情况、血清FSH、LH、E_(2)水平、炎症因子白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-8水平。结果经治疗,研究组有效率达到96%,比对照组(78%)高,2组阴道出血量、子宫内膜厚度、IL-2、IL-18、FSH、LH、E_(2),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对经清宫治疗的稽留流产患者予以鲜益母草胶囊和屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗,临床效果显著,增加子宫内膜厚度,促进月经恢复正常,改善血清激素水平。Objective To investigate the effects of fresh Yimu Cao capsule combined with drospirosterone ethinylestradiol tablets on the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))and endometrium in patients with post-abortion treatment.Methods Ninty cases of spontaneous abortion in gynecology of Tianjin Xiqing Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and study group by treatment methods,45 cases in each group.All the 90 patients were treated after abortion,which was combined with anti-inflammatory and anti-infection treatment.The control group was mainly treated with drospiroone ethinylestradiol tablets,while the study group was treated with fresh Yimu Cao capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,menstrual conditions,serum FSH,LH,E_(2) levels and inflammatory factors levels of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the study group reached 96%,which was higher than 78%of the control group.In the indicators of vaginal bleeding and endometrial thickness,the data of the study group was lower,and the indexes of IL-2,IL-18,FSH,LH and E_(2) of the other 90 patients were improved after treatment.All the data of the study group were better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients treated with abortion treatment,fresh Yimu Cao capsule and drospelone ethinylestradiol tablets can increase endometrial thickness,promote menstruation to return to normal,and improve serum hormone level,which provides reference for further clinical research.
