摘　　要：高尿酸血症(HUA)常见于心血管疾病的患者,阿司匹林是心血管疾病中应用最广泛的抗血小板药物。HUA与心血管疾病的发生发展密切相关,阿司匹林可能干扰尿酸生成与排泄的过程,从而影响血尿酸水平。本文综述了阿司匹林对HUA以及血尿酸水平的影响,对进一步探索阿司匹林影响尿酸生成和排泄影响的作用机制,实现合并HUA的心血管疾病患者阿司匹林的个体化、精准化治疗,提高心血管疾病的预防效果具有重要意义。Hyperuricemia(HUA)is common in patients with cardiovascular disease,and aspirin is the most widely used antiplatelet drug in cardiovascular disease.HUA is closely related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.Aspirin may interfere with the production and excretion of uric acid,thereby affecting the level of serum uric acid.This paper reviews the effect of aspirin on HUA and blood uric acid level,to further explore the mechanism of action of aspirin affect uric acid generation and discharge,implement merge HUA individualized,accurate treatment of cardiovascular disease in patients with aspirin,improve cardiovascular disease prevention effect is of great significance.
