摘　　要：目的调查肺癌住院患者的家庭韧性现状并分析其影响因素。方法使用便利抽样方法,选取2021年10月至2022年4月于我院胸部肿瘤科258例肺癌住院患者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、家庭韧性评定量表、心理韧性量表、领悟社会支持量表和压力知觉量表对其进行问卷调查。采用多元线性逐步回归模型分析患者家庭韧性影响因素。结果肺癌住院患者家庭韧性总分为(161.39±15.15)分。多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,心理韧性、社会支持和压力知觉是肺癌住院患者家庭韧性的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论肺癌住院患者的家庭韧性处于中等水平,以家庭韧性为中心的干预措施应基于压力知觉、社会支持和心理韧性制定综合性方案,以促进肺癌患者及家庭的社会心理康复。Objective To investigate the status and its influencing factors of family resilience among inpatients with lung cancer.Methods From OctobeR2021 to April 2022,total 258 lung canceRinpatients were selected hospitalized in a tertiary hospital in Sichuan Province.The general information questionnaire,family resilience assessment scale,connor-davison resilience scale,perceived stress scale,and perceived social support scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.Multiple stepwise lineaRregression analysis was employed to analyze the influencing factors.Results The total score of family resilience among lung canceRinpatients was(161.39±15.15).Multiple stepwise lineaRregression analysis demonstrated that the family resilience was mainly influenced by perceived stress,social support,and resilience(P<0.05).Conclusion The family resilience of lung canceRinpatients needs to be furtheRimproved.Family resilience-oriented intervention should base on perceived stress,social support,and resilience to promote the social and psychological rehabilitation of lung canceRpatients and theiRfamilies.
