摘　　要：作为向国际社会展示气候政策、承诺和成就的重要传播策略,战略传播在提升中国气候政策国际影响力以及塑造中国治理形象方面发挥了重要作用。借助组织传播、人际传播、媒介传播等多元的战略传播路径,中国在全球气候治理领域的政策、立场及治理成效得到了全方位、立体化的对外宣示。这种宣示既很好地传递了中国“天人合一”的气候治理理念,也积极引导了全球气候治理议程。以绿色“一带一路”的战略传播为例,它不仅展示了中国在全球气候治理和可持续发展方面的引导力,也体现了中国在国际合作、公众参与和应对全球挑战方面的努力。实践表明,中国的气候治理及战略传播经验可以帮助发展中国家更好地应对气候变化挑战,同时也在全球气候治理进程中发出自己的声音。Strategic communication has played a crucial role in showcasing China's climate policies,commitments,and achievements to the international community,serving as a vital mechanism for enhancing China's global influence in climate governance and shaping its image in governance.Utilizing diverse strategies,including organizational,interpersonal,and media communication,China has effectively presented its policies,positions,and governance strategies in the field of global climate governance.This communication not only conveys China's comprehensive approach to climate governance,emphasizing harmony between humanity and nature,but also actively shapes the global climate governance agenda.For instance,the strategic communication of the green‘Belt and Road'initiative not only underscores China's leadership in global climate governance and sustainable development but also highlights its efforts in international cooperation,public involvement,and addressing global challenges.Practical experience suggests that China's approach to climate governance and strategic communication can assist developing countries in more effectively addressing the challenges of climate change,while also enabling them to assert their voices in the global climate governance process.
