摘　　要：偏头痛-抑郁障碍共病是临床常见合并症。随着心身医学发展,偏头痛的治疗常同时兼顾心理干预。基于“因病致郁,因郁致病”理论,从中西医角度探讨偏头痛与抑郁障碍的双向关系,开拓临床诊疗思路。Migraine-depressive disorder comorbidity is a common clinical complication.With the development of psychosomatic medicine,the treatment of migraine is often combined with psychological intervention.Based on the theory of"depression-induced disease and disease-induced depression",exploring the two-way relationship between migraine and depressive disorder from the perspective of Chinese and western medicine,and develop clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.
