摘 要:目的 探讨规范化超声引导神经阻滞技术穿刺要素的教学效果。方法 选择2023年1月至6月首都医科大学宣武医院疼痛科60名进修医生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各30名。试验组采用规范化超声引导穿刺要素教学,对照组采用传统方式教学。通过理论考试,模拟操作和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果 试验组理论考试得分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组穿刺时间短于对照组,穿刺针显影评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 规范化超声引导神经阻滞技术穿刺要素取得良好的教学效果,提高学生学习能力和实践能力。Objective To explore the efficacy of standardized puncture element in teaching ultrasound-guided nerve block.Methods A total of 60 doctors in the Department of Pain,Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University from January to June 2023 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 30 in each group.The experiment group studied standardized puncture element in teaching ultrasound-guided nerve block,and the control group received the traditional teaching method.The teaching efficacy was evaluated through theory tests,simulation training,and questionnaires.Results The test scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);the puncture time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,and the puncture needle development score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized puncture element in teaching ultrasound-guided nerve block acquired better efficacy in improving learning ability and practical ability.
