摘　　要：不孕症作为妇科常见病之一,其发病率逐年攀升,极大影响生存质量和生育需求,当下常用的体外受精-胚胎移植手段仍有其局限性。金哲教授经过多年临床实践,经验积累,归纳出影响体外受精-胚胎移植结局的关键因素为“子宫内膜容受性”,并针对其提出以中药口服联合耳穴压丸“补肾调周,助孕安胎”的基本治法,贯穿体外受精-胚胎移植术前、术后。由于女子月经周期阴阳消长平衡,以“补肾气”为大法贯穿治疗的同时,根据月经周期阴阳变化随证加减,经后期重在滋阴填精;经间期重在温阳活血;经前期重在温补脾肾。在中药口服的基础上联合耳穴外治,体现了“整体调和,内外兼顾”的中医治疗优势。As one of the common gynecological diseases,the incidence of infertility is increasing year by year,which greatly affects the quality of life and fertility needs.The current commonly used means of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer still has its limitations.After years of clinical practice and accumulation of experience,Professor Jin Zhe concluded that the key factor affecting the outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer is“endometrial receptivity”,and proposed the basic treatment of oral Chinese medicine combined with auricular point pressure pill“toning kidney and regulating menstruation,assisting pregnancy and safe pregnancy”,which was carried out before and after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.Due to the balance of yin and yang in women’s menstrual cycle,while“tonifying kidney qi”is the key throughout the treatment at the same time,according to the changes of yin and yang in the menstrual cycle with the syndrome,the late menstrual period is focused on nourishing yin and filling essence;the intermenstrual period focuses on warming yang and promoting blood circulation;in the early menstrual period,the emphasis is on warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney.On the basis of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with external treatment of auricular points,reflects the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of“overall harmony,internal and external consideration”.
