摘 要:目的探讨基于根因分析指导的预见性护理对单膝关节置换术患者术后生活质量的影响。方法选择2022年2月至2023年10月南京医科大学附属南京医院开展单膝关节置换术治疗的120例膝关节退行性骨关节病患者,按不同的护理方法分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组接受常规围手术期护理,研究组接受基于根因分析指导的预见性护理,均护理1个月。比较两组疼痛程度、膝关节功能、生活质量、并发症发生率。结果护理7 d后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分低于护理1 d后,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理1个月后,两组美国纽约特种外科医院膝关节功能评分表评分、中文版世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在院护理期间研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将基于根因分析指导的预见性护理用于单膝关节置换术患者中,可有效减轻患者术后疼痛感,利于改善膝关节功能、生活质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing guided by root cause analysis on quality of life of patients undergoing single knee replacement surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with knee degenerative osteoarthropathy who underwent single knee joint replacement surgery in Nanjing Medical University Affiliated Nanjing Hospital from February 2022 to October 2023 were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the study group received predictive nursing guided by root cause analysis for one month.Pain degree,knee function,quality of life,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After seven days of nursing,the score of visual analog scoring in two groups was lower than that after one day of nursing,and the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After one month of nursing,the knee joint function rating scale of New York Hospital for special surgery,and the Chinese version of the World Health Organization quality of life brief scale were higher in two groups than those before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing guided by root cause analysis can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients with single knee joint replacement,improve the function of the knee joint,quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
