摘　　要：呼吸衰竭是由肺内外各种原因引起的肺通气、换气功能严重障碍,严重威胁患者生命,目前临床对其采取的治疗方法多为机械通气等,仍存在不足之处。体外膈肌起搏器的原理是对膈肌进行半强制运动,可以改善呼吸衰竭患者肺功能,提高呼气速率、肺泡通气量,增强膈肌运动和肺弹性回缩力,改善呼吸衰竭患者预后。本文对体外膈肌起搏器在呼吸衰竭患者中的应用及其对机械通气的影响,以及体外膈肌起搏器联合其他干预措施治疗呼吸衰竭患者的效果作一综述,发现体外膈肌起搏器疗效显著,能减轻机械通气的不良反应,与多种干预措施联合使用也体现出较好的协同效应,值得临床进行深入研究。Respiratory failure is a serious disorder of lung ventilation and air exchange caused by various reasons inside and outside the lung,which seriously threatens the life of patients.At present,the clinical treatment methods for it are mostly mechanical ventilation,and there are still shortcomings.The principle of external diaphragm pacemaker is to perform semi-forced diaphragm movement,which can improve lung function,increase expiratory rate,and alveolar ventilation,enhance diaphragm movement and lung elastic retraction force,and improve the prognosis of patients with respiratory failure.In this paper,the application of external diaphragm pacemaker in patients with respiratory failure and its influence on mechanical ventilation,as well as the effect of external diaphragm pacemaker combined with other intervention measures in the treatment of patients with respiratory failure are reviewed.It is found that external diaphragm pacemaker has a significant effect,which can reduce the adverse reactions of mechanical ventilation,and the combination of external diaphragm pacemaker with various intervention measures also shows a good synergistic effect,it is worth further study in clinic.
