纳甲法针刺对老年脑卒中后遗症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨纳甲法针刺对老年脑卒中后遗症的疗效。方法 选择2020年5月至2022年7月安徽省马鞍山十七冶医院收治的82例老年脑卒中后遗症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。观察组采用纳甲法针刺治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗1个月后神经功能、血液流变学指标、治疗效果、日常生活能力、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗1个月后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,两组全血黏度及血浆黏度均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组;红细胞变形率较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,两组日常生活活动能力评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 纳甲法针刺在治疗老年脑卒中后遗症中效果显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture with najia method on the sequelae of elderly stroke.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with sequelae of stroke treated in Maanshan shiqiye Hospital,Anhui Province from May 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by acupuncture with najia method,while the control group was treated by conventional acupuncture.After one month of treatment,neurological function,hemorheology indexes,therapeutic effect,ability of daily living,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after one month of treatment.Results After one month of treatment,the National Institute of Health stroke scale scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the erythrocyte deformation rate was higher than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,the activity of daily living score of both groups was higher than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture with najia method is effective in the treatment of sequelae of elderly stroke,which is worthy of promotion.
