摘  要:随着使用年限的增长,老旧直升机结构性故障和偶发性故障逐渐增多,给维护修理带来了诸多困难,维护人员常常不能及时发现和消除故障隐患。针对当前老旧直升机的特点和维修现状,介绍了无损检测技术在航空维修领域中的应用,结合直升机结构特点和使用情况探讨确定老旧直升机无损检测的重点部位和关键部件,围绕不同无损检测技术特点对直升机关键部件检测的具体应用方法进行阐述,并结合老旧直升机维护实践对无损检测技术的使用时机做出探讨和研究,最后对无损检测技术在老旧直升机维修中的应用前景进行了展望。With the increase of service time,the increasing number of structural and sporadic failures in old helicop⁃ters has brought more challenges to maintenance quality,and the maintenance personnel cannot detect and elimi⁃nate hidden faults in time.In this article,the application of aviation non-destructive testing in the field of aviation maintenance and the characteristics and maintenance status of old helicopters are introduced,the key parts and key components of non-destructive testing for old helicopters based on the structural characteristics and usage of heli⁃copters are explored and determined.The specific application methods for testing key parts of helicopters based on the characteristics of different non-destructive testing technologies are elaborated,and the timing of using non-de⁃structive testing technology in the maintenance practice of old helicopters is studied.Finally,the application pros⁃pect of non-destructive testing technology in the maintenance of old helicopters is discussed.
